in the jigsaw play the group is divided into four breakouts.
- Each breakout is assigned a different subject related to the same concept.
- Each subject may (or may not) have a concept center prepared for it, or they may do a data hunt.
- Each breakout has 10 minutes to hunt, explore, familiarize, visualize and discuss the subject.
- With the main group, each previous breakout, in turn, shares the key findings and learnings from their subject. (±2,5 minutes per breakout)

For a Scrum Master (concept) jigsaw, consider using these subjects:
- Supporting the Product Owner with Product Backlog Management techniques. Share a few techniques.
- Supporting the Product Owner with Product Goal definition. What makes for a good Product Goal definition?
- Removing impediments to Self-Management. What might impede a team's ability to self-manage?
- Help enact an empirical approach for complex work. Name examples of what this help might be.
